The SVNHS Alumni Association is the alumni body for San Vicente National High School in Butuan City, with graduating batches going back to 1970. Its site is built around the annual homecoming — the 24th SVNHS Alumni Homecoming 2026 is organised by Batch 2011 in partnership with the association — and pulls together the things an alumni group needs in one place: a calendar of events, announcements, a shop selling merch and tickets, FAQs, size charts, contact details and the usual terms, privacy and returns pages. The site works as an alumni community and event portal. Graduates register and log in to their own account, with a multi-step sign-up that collects account details, personal details, a complete Philippine address, and alumni and career information — batch year, highest degree, job title, employer, work classification and industry. That last section is what makes it more than a mailing list: it gives the association a picture of where its graduates ended up. Alongside registration there's an events calendar, homecoming information, and announcements. The platform also allows for a dedicated admin panel so authorised officers can manage the association themselves — reviewing and approving alumni registrations, updating member records, setting up events and schedules, publishing announcements, maintaining homecoming details, overseeing shop orders, and editing site content. The intention is one system that serves both the alumni looking in and the officers running things behind it.
