These terms cover using this website, and set out the ground rules for project work. Anything specific to your project — scope, price, timeline, payment schedule — is agreed separately in writing and takes precedence over what is written here.
Using this website You are welcome to browse this site, read the case studies and articles, click through the demo templates, and use the contact form and chat assistant to get in touch. Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or its systems, and do not use the contact form or chat assistant to send unsolicited marketing. The chat assistant The chat assistant is generated by an AI model. It answers from information provided about these services, and it can still be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Nothing it says is a quote, an offer, a commitment or professional advice. Only a written proposal or agreement from Franz is binding. If the assistant and a written agreement disagree, the written agreement wins. Pricing and quotes shown on this site Package prices and inclusions on this site are indicative and may change without notice. A price becomes fixed only when it is confirmed in a written quote or proposal for your specific project. Anything not explicitly listed in the agreed scope — extra pages, extra features, extra revision rounds — is quoted separately and started only once you have approved it. Demo templates Templates shown in the templates section are demonstrations of what can be built. They are provided so you can see and click through an example before committing. Unless it is stated in your written agreement, viewing a template does not grant you any licence to it, and the final result of your project may differ from any template shown. What you provide Projects depend on you supplying your logo, business information, text content and images, along with access to any accounts needed for launch. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use everything you supply, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. Delays in supplying content will delay delivery. Ownership of the work [FILL IN: confirm this matches how you actually work.] On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced specifically for your project transfers to you. This does not include third-party components — fonts, plugins, stock images, libraries and hosted services — which remain under their own licences, nor any general tools, code or techniques used to build it, which remain available for other projects. Unless you ask otherwise in writing, the finished work may be shown in a portfolio or case study. Payment [FILL IN: your actual payment terms — deposit percentage, schedule, accepted methods, invoicing…
